This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.
2. Information We Collect
Waitlist Sign-up
When you enter your email to join the waitlist, we collect your email address along with certain technical metadata automatically captured with the request: IP address, browser user agent, referral URL, and approximate country.
Onboarding Form
If you proceed through the full onboarding flow, we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Full name and email address;
- Your role (e.g. Treasurer, Campaign Manager);
- Committee name, committee type, and state;
- FEC committee ID (if your committee is federally registered);
- Estimated cycle budget range;
- Current banking provider (optional);
- How you heard about us;
- Any notes or additional context you choose to share.
For federally registered committees, we may also look up and display publicly available FEC filing data (such as your treasurer name and mailing address) to pre-fill the form. This data comes from FEC public records and is not stored separately.
